Warranty
All Body gard products come with a long period warranty to guarantee you a peace of mind of purchasing.
We offer a 10-year limited warranty on Diamond series, a 7 or 5 years limited warranty on Ultra ,Matte & colours CARBON series. Additionally, ULTRA and Eco window tint films come with an 10-year limited warranty, from the date of purchase.
Our warranty covers defects including: unusual yellowing, cracking, blistering, fading and delaminating. Warranty is limited to product defects stated above and does not include installation bubble, mis-installation, normal wear and tears, road debris impact, accidents, collisions or intentional damages of any kind.
Each roll of our film comes with a Warranty Card. This Warranty Card contains a unique product serial number as well as a warranty number essential for online warranty registration. Your installer should register the warranty within 14 days after the installation is done. A copy of the warranty certificate is also available to print for future reference.
Please make sure your warranty is registered by your installer within 14 days (starting from the date of purchase) and retain a copy of the warranty certificate for future reference. You may input the necessary information into the boxes to review your product warranty.
To file a claim, please contact the installer who carried out your installation. In case your installer is unavailable, please contact us at info@thebodygardfilm.com and prepare the necessary information including your installer’s details, date of installation, and pictures of defected parts. Please DO NOT remove the film until it has been examined by our specialists. Nano Grad reserves the right to determine the validity of any given claim.
Some installers might choose to provide additional warranty and coverage for Nano gard paint protection film installations on their own behalf. The Nano gard is not responsible for any warranty offered outside the scope of the company’s terms and conditions.
The Nano gard warranty is limited to replacement of defective product only.
The warranty of The Nano gard products is provided solely to the original purchaser. It is non-transferable and will cease to apply if there is any sale, transfer, or change in the ownership of the vehicle.
